What we're looking for
- Clear, confident spoken English — you'll be on the phone with Americans (this is #1).
- Reliable high-speed internet, a good headset, and a quiet place to call.
- Available during US Eastern Time business hours (mornings/midday).
- Comfortable making lots of calls and hearing "no." Reliable, coachable, shows up daily.
- Part-time to start (4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri). Strong performers move to full-time fast.
